Delete your account
Use the in-app flow at Me > Settings > Advanced account options > Delete Account whenever you can sign in. This permanently deletes the account and ApexOne data tied to it.
Can’t sign in?
Send a deletion request from the email address on your ApexOne account. Include that account email and the words “Delete ApexOne account.” Do not include passwords, payment information, or health records.

We may ask for enough information to verify account ownership. We delete account-linked ApexOne data after verification. Limited deletion-audit, security, and legally required records may be retained only for those purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Deleting an ApexOne account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel recurring billing through the store account used for purchase.
